- A systematic review of studies has again linked coffee with positive health benefits, including lowering the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and liver cirrhosis. Just another reason to brew up a nice cup of espresso every few hours...
- The soy is not just for yoga freaks and high-maintenance women that like to order the most complicated drink in existence (do you really need it 172 degrees and not "extra hot" with a "quarter pump" of hazelnut?) and hold up the Starbucks lineup for as long as possible - it actually does taste very good with espresso.
- If you're in the pittsburgh area, check out this Mt. Lebanon region coffee shop. It is rumoured to be very good, although I didn't get a chance to check it out. Pittsburgh's coffee culture, alas, is nowhere near Seattle or Vancouver's.
