It was just a matter of time it seems! The blog phenomena is quickly expanding beyond personal use and diary applications into all manner of subjects... Here is a page written by University of San Diego law professor Lawrence B. Solum on many diverse legal topics. I shall visit it frequently.

A non-blog, but info-packed web site nonetheless, Duke Universities David Boyle at

Boyle is an advocate of the creative commons license, a new and more progressive 'copyright' scheme which doesn't require in-advance 'use' permissions.
Also on the legal blog roll is NYU's Siva Vaidyanathan:

What's great about these blogs is that they are not entirely academic. Blogs seem to encourage a non-canonical approach to writing, so there's lots to dig into. Also a great way for prospective students to get to know the interests of professors...
And of course, Stanford's Lawrence Lessig...

A pretty impressive bunch of blogs I think, all relatively accessible and easy to read :0
And for other (non-blog) online journal resources, check out the oxford university intellectual property research center...which includes some excellent essays by David Vaver;
